The
Village of Valleybrook is a Planned Residential
Development, located in the Borough of Chester Heights,
PA. Valleybrook was built and first occupied in December of
1974. The community has matured, flourished, and  become
a beautiful and prosperous
neighborhood for all who live here. The community is made up of 264 well-maintained,
privately owned townhomes with community amenities such
as: an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts,
playground, and a community clubhouse (pictured) that can be rented
for special events. Other amenities include snow
removal and lawn care for common areas, and ample,
private off-street parking for each unit.
The
residents of Valleybrook feel especially proud that they have
been a self-governing body since 1981.
Volunteer resident-owners serve on the Board of Directors,
who are the administrative managers of the community and it's assets.
