RECREATION
COMMITTEE
The Recreation Committee schedules all events and
activities. These events are dependent on
volunteers to make them happen and community involvement
to make them successful.
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL & COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE
The
Architecture Committee is responsible for approving of
all exterior repairs and alterations. Written
architectural approval is required for all exterior
repairs, changes or alterations to your home. Any
request for architectural approval must be submitted to
the Architectural Control and Compliance Committee in
writing at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled
repair.
