FEE INCREASE VOTE

Fee Increase Vote Not Passed -
Remains $135/month
The board of directors has learned
that while the fee increase vote was
passed by a "majority," the language
in our governing documents legally
require "two-thirds" in order to
pass the ballot. The fee increase
vote did not legally pass.
Therefore, the assessment remains
$135.00/month.
The board would like to sincerely
apologize for the confusion of
previous messages.
Again, the monthly fee is not $180
effective February 1, 2010 - it
remains $135 per month.
